Return

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective art print, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with supporting evidence, such as photographs, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. To initiate a return, please ensure that the item remains unused and in its original condition. We appreciate your understanding that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process a refund promptly.

  3. We do not accept returns for personalised or custom-made art prints unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchange

  1. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for both domestic and international orders.
