I find it hard to express myself through words, and I would have a thousand ideas pop up in my head but wouldn't know how to share them. Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Refunds:
No Refunds will be provided once the order has been placed and payment is received.
In the event of a production or fulfilment issue that prevents us from delivering your order (e.g., manufacturing delays or stock shortages), we will notify you.
2. Exchanges:
We handle exchanges for defective products on a case-by-case basis.
If the umbrella you receive has significant flaws that affect its functionality (e.g., broken frame, malfunctioning open/close mechanism, visible damage to the fabric). Please note that minor imperfections (e.g., slight variations in color or stitching) are natural in the production process and do not qualify as defects. Thank you for your understanding
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your umbrella. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect when contacting us.
3. Return Shipping for Exchanges:
If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. Once the defective umbrella is received and inspected, we will ship out a replacement.
4. Shipping & Damage Responsibility:
We take care to package all items securely, but we cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping. If your umbrella is damaged during transit, you can contact us if you need help initiating a claim with the carrier
