Can I cancel any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just keep in mind that once your payment for the month has been processed, you’ll still receive that month’s mail, and your cancellation will take effect starting the next billing cycle.
How is it mailed to me?
💌 Mail Club Slices are all Untracked (We opt for this to keep the Mail Club affordable)
- Local Untracked Mail : 2–4 working days from mailed date
- International Standard Untracked Mail: 1–3 weeks from mailed date
Mail Club is currently available worldwide. International shipping is additional $1-$2 SGD more and all letters are sent via untracked letter mail. Please note that delivery times vary depending on where you call home.
When will I get my mail?
All charges are for the following month. For example, if you sign up on September 30th you will receive your first letter in October. If you sign up on October 1st, however, your first month receiving mail will be November.
Where do you ship?
Mail Club is currently available in most countries. International shipping is $1-2 SGD and all letters are sent via untracked letter mail. Please note that delivery times vary depending on where you call home.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! You can gift a Mail Club subscription by entering your recipient’s mailing address at checkout.
