Cancellation & Subscription Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order.
This policy explains how you may change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions (Mail Club)
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan and billing frequency that you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each billing cycle unless you choose a prepaid option (if available).
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their billing period.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time before the next billing date.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription using the links provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note that Mail Club subscription orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once processed, except in cases of verified defects upon arrival.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be fulfilled at a later date.
We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout and charge any remaining balance once the item is ready for shipment.
You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the purchase can no longer be cancelled.Refunds or replacements will then be handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
