Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide a continuous unboxing video clearly showing:

The parcel sealed and unopened

The process of opening the package

The condition of the item upon removal

The item must remain unused and in original condition
⚠️ We are unable to accept any claims where the parcel was already opened before recording begins.

Damages & Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
While we take great care in packing every order, shipping is handled by third-party carriers.
As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for damage caused during transit.
However, if your item arrives defective, we will review your case and make it right.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed and shipped.

Refunds
If your return request is approved due to a verified defect, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
