If you receive a defective art print, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Supporting evidence must include a continuous unboxing video clearly showing the parcel sealed and unopened, the opening process, and the condition of the item upon removal.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.To initiate a return, please ensure that the item remains unused and in its original condition.
We appreciate your understanding that return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed promptly.We do not accept returns for Mail Club / subscription orders, sale items, gift cards, or personalised / custom-made products, unless they are verified as defective upon arrival.
