    Everyone’s skin is different. If discomfort occurs, remove immediately. Patch test if you're sensitive to metals. To wear, gently bend your ear flat to slide it in. Each cuff is handmade, so slight imperfections may occur. No refunds, but replacements are available on a case-by-case basis.

    When switching from ear cuffs to ear hooks, the arrangement may vary slightly.

Mail Club is currently available worldwide. International shipping is additional $1-$2 SGD more and all letters are sent via untracked letter mail. Please note that delivery times vary depending on where you call home.

You must subscribe by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s Nostalgia Post. (For example: if you’d like April’s mail, you’ll need to sign up by 11:59p EST on March 31st.)

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just keep in mind that once your payment for the month has been processed, you’ll still receive that month’s mail, and your cancellation will take effect starting the next billing cycle.

All charges are for the following month. For example, if you sign up on September 30th you will receive your first letter in October. If you sign up on October 1st, however, your first month receiving mail will be November.
